The Role:

This is your chance to step into a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Based in Beerburrum (hello, Sunshine Coast lifestyle), you’ll play a key role delivering our Silviculture program with the autonomy to make decisions, solve challenges, and drive outcomes.

Reporting to the District Manager Beerburrum, you will:

  •  Lead and manage contractors safely and effectively
  •  Plan, deliver, and monitor forestry operations
  •  Influence outcomes through strong stakeholder relationships
  •  Work independently while being backed by a supportive team

What you’ll bring:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  •  A Bachelor of Forest Science (or related field) with demonstrated experience, or
    a Diploma of Forestry with extensive experience;
  • Strong capability in contractor management, including safety, environmental, and quality       standards;
  • Demonstrated skills in:
    Budgeting and financial analysis
    Project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring
    Problem-solving and data analysis
  • The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; and
  • A current unrestricted C Class Driver’s Licence
    (MR Licence highly regarded)
