We are a community land management organisation

We’re looking for someone with solid works experience – maybe you’ve been on a council crew, in forestry, farming, or other hands-on outdoor roles – who’s keen to join our on-ground team.

About the job.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive crew delivering:

River restoration and flood resilience projects
Weed control and revegetation across public and private land
Fencing and farm support works
Machinery and chainsaw operations
Nursery assistance and maintenance

What we’re looking for
3+ years practical outdoor experience (council works, farm, forestry, etc.)
Chainsaw experience (felling tickets a bonus)
Physically fit and safety-minded
Manual driver’s licence
ChemCert (or willing to get one)

Extras we’d value (but not essential):
Excavator skills
Fencing and revegetation experience
GPS data collection
White card
